The Northern Adelaide Business Enterprise Centre is supported by all levels of Government, and by the corporate sector to provide assistance, advice and support for businesses in the northern Adelaide region.

Having its genesis as the Elizabeth Chamber of Commerce in 1961, and expanding its role with the change to a Business Enterprise Centre in 1996, NABEC has assisted in excess of 5,000 local businesses, and taken considerable delight in the success that many have achieved.

With our focus on the improved performance of businesses in the Northern Adelaide region, it is entirely appropriate that, as part of the Northern Adelaide Regional Prosperity Conference 2008, we introduced the inaugural NABEC Business Awards, to recognise and acknowledge excellence.
